Come and join us for dinner and ring in the new year with our delicious menu prepared by Chef Ruiz!


Cevich Costeno - Ceviche de scallops, jicama, cilantro, lime juice, ancho oil, sea salt.


Sopa - Shrimp-crab bisque, creme fraiche, micro cilantro.


Ensalada - Hearts of romaine, parmesan croutons, julienne red onion, shaved parmesan.


Plato Fuerte - Al pastor Chilean sea bass, Yukon potato-chorizo croquette, baby spinach, saffron pepper sauce, pico de gallo.


Plato Fuerte - Oven roasred adobo marinated pork chip, mushroom, red onion confit, Oaxaca cheese, roasted rosemary-jalapeno potatoes, creamy garlic demi glaze.


Postre - Morita lava cake, Mexican vanilla ice cream, huava creme fraiche, smoke cjeta

We are pleased to offer you our new, delightful, and memorable catering services. We are excited to offer this service to you and hope that you will share in our joy as we prepare the foods you have come to love and expect from Chef Ruiz.

Some of the venues we cover are: home parties; corporate functions; and private gatherings. We also have a drop off service, if you prefer. We service the entire metro area; no event is too big or too small!

Hours for pick up are as follows:

Brunch - Sat & Sun -  9:15am - 2pm     Dinner Hours - Sun - Thur  4:15pm - 9pm     Fri & Sat 4:15pm - 10pm

This tradition is said to be over 2,500 years old and is centered around family, friends, and slow cooked food.
