Cevich Costeno - Ceviche de scallops, jicama, cilantro, lime juice, ancho oil, sea salt.
Sopa - Shrimp-crab bisque, creme fraiche, micro cilantro.
Ensalada - Hearts of romaine, parmesan croutons, julienne red onion, shaved parmesan.
Plato Fuerte - Al pastor Chilean sea bass, Yukon potato-chorizo croquette, baby spinach, saffron pepper sauce, pico de gallo.
Plato Fuerte - Oven roasred adobo marinated pork chip, mushroom, red onion confit, Oaxaca cheese, roasted rosemary-jalapeno potatoes, creamy garlic demi glaze.
Postre - Morita lava cake, Mexican vanilla ice cream, huava creme fraiche, smoke cjeta
